Ryan Shinkel

Ryan Shinkel is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he completed his senior thesis in philosophy and contributed to The Michigan Review. He is an alumnus of the Hertog Political Studies Program, the Summit Oxford Study Centre, and the Telluride Association Summer Program.
