Sam Vanderplas '08 is the founding headmaster of Founders Classical Academy of Flower Mound, a new charter school in Texas. A parent of one of the school's students recently chronicled a day in the school, and came away very impressed.
Overall, it was a full-day and a great experience. I think every parent should go and observe one day in their child’s classroom, so you as a parent know what is going on. I am glad that I went and did this. It gave me a greater appreciation for the superior education that my son is receiving.
