Bailey LeBeau enters into the Fall 2017 class of fellows as an alumna of Lake Superior State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.  While at Lake Superior State University, Bailey’s extracurricular activities included involvement with the Judiciary Board, Pep Band, Students for Life, Political Science Club, and the Catholic Newman Center where she sought to serve her fellow students and win students for Christ.  Bailey has a passion for seeking the truth and is committed to academic excellence.  Bailey intends to continue using her gifts to make a positive impact in the lives of all those she encounters.  Lake Superior State University awarded Bailey the Faculty Academic Excellence Award, Laker Leadership Award, Outstanding Political Science Graduate, Political Science Leadership Award, and Junior Female of the Year.

Attending the John Jay Institute as a fellow this fall gives Bailey the opportunity to expand her vision of the world to enable her to be a more intentional seeker of truth. Bailey plans to complete a law degree and fulfill her dream of working as an attorney specializing in bringing a Christian outlook to areas of law concerning the end of life - including wills, estates, and trusts.  It is her hope to help restore the dignity every life deserves.
